Many customers are faced with the challenge of how to architect the next generation "cleaning center" to meet the emerging challenges of DDoS now that Cisco Guard has declared EOL for its DDoS mitigation products. We feel that the RioRey RG20 product is the best alternative to supplement or replace Cisco Guard. There are many reasons but to list a few:

• RioRey can be placed in the existing cleaning center with negligible changes in how the center is currently organized (see example graph below).
• The RG20 is a DDoS mitigation workhorse. It will operate at full-line rate speed which means it can filter good and bad traffic at 28.4 Mpps. This gives you tremendous price-performance for cleaning large volumes of traffic.
