VM Purchases and Trials are a two stage process with some manual approvals:
Step 1: fill out the below form. A RioRey Team member will reach out to confirm your request within 1 business day. If you do not hear from our team within that time period, please check your spam folder.
Step 2: Register an account on our Client Portal using the same email as below. A RioRey team member will reach out to you to confirm your registration before your portal account is active.
Once your Client Portal account has been approved by our team, you will be able to access both documentation and our VM downloads. You will obtain your VM trial license from your RioRey point of contact after providing them with your serial numbers.
