VM Purchases and Trials are a two stage process with some manual approvals:

Step 1: Register an account on our Client Portal using the same email as below. A RioRey team member will activate your portal account with a few hours.

Once your Client Portal account has been approved by our team, you will be able to access both documentation and our VM downloads. To obtain your VM trial or production, proceed to Step 2 license from your RioRey point of contact after providing them with your serial numbers.

Step 2: Fill out the below form. If you are seeking a trial or production license and already have serial numbers, please provide them below. A RioRey Team member complete the action within 1 business day. If you do not hear from our team within that time period, please check your spam folder.
